The trailer was great. I would say that the battery went dead at the very end of the rental and I'm not sure if it was meant to do that or it is was the battery itself. Overall, everything was great!

I had a great experience. Recently when I got a quote for the manufacture tracks on the skid steer, the salesman referred me somewhere else to save more money through Burris. The salesmen are all so nice and I know they really look out for their customers. I bought from Alta before, and Alta purchased Burris so I really like that it's all intergraded now.

It's not bad getting what we need to get. It's just sometimes reaching out to try to get a price on something, we don't always hear back from anyone. There's always room for improvement of course, but things go pretty well with Burris. This last time I can think of I went in, got what I needed and left, very simple. We've bought multiple pieces of equipment from them, probably about three different machines from them I think. We like doing business with Burris.

When you're calling to set up a rental, the person over the phone does not explain any of the terms on how much it is going to cost. It's a certain amount on the site but after they charge for insurance and anything else, they should explain all of the charges and fees. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend Burris at all.
