I've always enjoyed the quality of the products. It always works when we get them in, I've never had an issue with them. Something that I've noticed is, over a period of time, the little rubber keeper that goes between the valve body and the cap deteriorates. You run the risk of losing caps when you remove them to fix something. I don't know exactly how long that takes until it breaks down but they do eventually start to.

The plug went to an exhaust pipe of a boat which we've never tried before. It went perfectly. I couldn't say anything bad about the product or the person I spoke with, Tammy was her name. It worked out perfectly. We could have used an inner tube or other things but we thought of this and it was absolutely perfect. There was not an ounce of water coming through. Tammy was super friendly, precise and professional. It was a life-saver, honestly. Tammy absolutely nailed it, she's very on top of her job. I was stuck to be honest with you. 99% of the people you talk to don't know what they're talking about and she just killed it and really helped us out.

This was my first time buying from Petersen. The unique pole I originally purchased was not threaded on both sides like how I assumed it would be; but I did make it work. When I went to order this product, the website said it was in stock while I placed the order but it turned out not to be. There was a whole lot of back and forth to finally get that corrected.
