I had ordered tape guns that had issues. I tried to tell the staff but nobody seemed to listen. They shipped the wrong parts at one point but they took care of the problem.

I ordered a quantity of ten items and I have only received one of the ten. I have not heard anything from Tach-It on my items backorder. I think their communication needs improvement. I will continue to do business with them though because they have great products.

I was sent the wrong item but I'm trying to exchange it. I filled out the return form but while filling it out, I ran into email issues. Before all of this, when I asked someone in tech for the part I needed, I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted but was given something completely opposite. I was told even though it's a different color, it'll still fit but it's way bigger than what I need. I still need the proper part though and I'm trying to finish up the return process.

What they say and what they do are two different things. They don't get back to me. Sometimes it takes me reaching out 4 times to try and follow up with them.
